NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART AUDIO AND VISUAL FACILITIES
Easy to operate and includes:
• Fixed High Definition Projector for either the Hall’s own Blue Ray DVD player or the hirer’s own laptop. The projector has a high luminance which makes it ideal for presentations or conferences during daylight hours.
• Stereo Sound System integrated with induction loop for listeners with hearing aids.
• Two hand held or stand mounted wireless microphones and a third lapel mounted
• Even connect your Wii player with the video output displayed on the 4m x 3m screen.
Cost £25 per hiring.
A good-sized room suitable for meetings or for dining, approx. 5.5m x 8m, with a drinks counter from the bar,
and a serving hatch from the kitchen.
Seating capacity is 60 persons or 36 at tables.
The grounds include parking for 60 cars with overflow capacity and, for special events, marquees can be erected by prior arrangement. There is also a well maintained cricket pitch, football and stoolball pitch, tennis court and new children's playground with swings, climbing frames, slides, zip wire and other play equipment.
Reception area
Male, female and disabled cloakrooms are located off the reception area.
Elsewhere in the building there are male and female changing rooms, each with their own showers and lavatories.
Catering
A large, modern kitchen is well equipped with electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, double sinks and a dishwasher. There is a serving hatch to the Club Room. China is provided and cutlery is available for hire.
We can supply the names of local caterers and flower-arrangers.
A separate bar room has now been opened, with a bar counter to the Club Room .
Tables, chairs & place settings
Tables and 120 comfortable chairs included. Place settings (excluding glasses) are available for hire by separate arrangement.
